F.Operationguidance
1.Substratesurfacetreatment
(1)Degreasing:theoilstainontheworkpiecesurfaceandthegapmustberemoved.
(2)Afterthenitridingtreatmentofthesubstrate,thesurfaceresidueshallberemovedandcleanedtokeepitdry.
(3)Donottouchthepinsurfacewithyourfingers.Wearhairlessglovestoholdthepin.Ifthereisoilstainonthesurface,soakorcleanitwithsolvent.
(4)Puttheworkpieceintotheovenordryingtunnelfordrying,andcontrolthetemperatureat40~60°C(adjustedaccordingtotheambienttemperature)toremovethesurfacemoisture.
2.Preparationofpaintingequipment
Beforeusingthesprayingequipment,itisnecessarytothoroughlycleantherelevantequipment,suchasthespraygun,spraypotormaterialstoragetank.Therecommendedcleaningprocessisasfollows:
(1)Cleantheequipmentthoroughlywithspecialthinnertoremovetheresidualpaintandresidue.
(2)Usespecialthinnerorothersolublesolventtocleantheequipmentrepeatedly(cleaningformorethan2cycles).
3.Preparationofpaint
(1)Dispersion:Beforeusingthecoating,stirfor5-10minutes,addappropriatediluentasthecasemaybe,andthentestitsviscositytomakethecoatingliquiddisperseevenly.
(2)Filtration:Thepaintenteringthewateringcanmustbefilteredwith100#filterscreentoremovethesolidsthatmaybemixedin,soastoavoidblockingthegunorformingparticlesonthesurfaceoftheworkpiece.
(3)Thepaintshallbeadjustedwhenitisused.Thepreparedpaintshallbeusedupatonetimeduringconstruction.
4.Painting
Thespraygunwithanozzlediameterof1.0~1.5mmisselected,andthesprayingpressureis2~0.3MPa(2~3kgf/cm2).Duringspraying,thedistancebetweenthenozzleandthesubstrateiscontrolledtobe15~30cm.Itisrecommendedtopaintmorethantwice,andthethicknessshouldbecontrolledwithin20~30μm.Thesurfaceshallbesprayedevenlywithoutsagging.
5.Dryingandcuring
Dryatroomtemperaturefor96hours,orcureat80°Cfor90minutes.
6.Notethattheuncooledfilmisinasoftfilmstate,noteasytotouchandcollide,anddoesnothavetheproperties.
G.Precautions
1.Theworkplacemustbewellventilated.
2.Duringtheuseofthecoating,thecontainercontainingthecoatingshallbecoveredwithalidandsealedforuseandstorage.
3.Thisproductmaybeunstablewhenthetemperaturechanges.Pleasestoretheproductat5-30℃,andgentlystirorshaketheproductat20-30℃regularly(about1month)topreventsedimentationandcondensation.
4.Duringnormalsprayingandbackspraying,thesurfaceoftheworkpiecemustbesprayedandwettedwithoutdrying.
H.Storageconditions
1.Avoiddirectsunlightunderthetemperatureof5~25℃,andtheshelflifeis6months(unopened).
2.Packagespecification:1kg,5kg.
I.Wastedischarge
1.Itisrecommendedtousethinnertocleanthespraygun,sprayirrigationandequipment.Thewashedthinnercanbefilteredandstoredforusewhenthepaintviscosityisadjustednexttime.
2.Donotdischargethepaintanditscleaningresidueintothewastewatersystem,butstoreitinaspecificcontainerandtreatitprofessionallyaccordingtolocalandnationalenvironmentalprotectionlawsandregulations.
J.Emergencytreatment
1.Incaseofleakageorspillage,washitwithplentyofwater.
2.Iftheproductaccidentallygetsintotheeyes,immediatelyrinsewithplentyofwaterforatleast15minutes.Seekmedicalattentionimmediatelyifyoufeelpain.
3.Ifthisproductcomesintocontactwithskin,pleasewashitwithwaterandsoap.Ifyoufeelunwell,seekmedicaladviceimmediately.
